What’s your E?  Employed, Enrolled and/or Enlisted…We can help you find your life path. The goal of the HCPS ACE Centers is to help students gain professional skills in a number of areas which they can find immediately applicable to a variety of career options. The Advanced Career Education Center at Hermitage proudly participates in this vision of providing students with the skills they will use to find fulfillment in their careers and within the community.

Located on the Hermitage High School campus, the ACE Center is an extension of all nine Henrico County Public High Schools. Transportation is provided to and from the ACE Center so that students may conveniently take part in the programs offered.

Students develop leadership and technical skills by participating in the activities and competitive events of the co-curricular student organizations including:

  • FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America)
  • HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America)
  • SkillsUSA

Advanced Career Education Center students have the opportunity to join the Tech Ethics Society, a student-run service organization and become a member of the nationally recognized National Technical Honor Society (criteria-based).
