Course Description
These courses involve many learning experiences, exploring various fields of the graphic communications business. Instruction includes layout and design, composition, electronic publishing, plate making, collating, bindery operations, types of papers and inks, styles and sizes of type, developing skills in the operation of various types of offset printing presses, digital duplicators, and related equipment. Career opportunities include the areas of quick copy, screen printing, graphic design, advertising, photojournalism, desktop publishing, and offset press operation.
