ACE Center Application Process

The ACE Centers application is available Oct. 2 at henricoschools.us/specialty-centers/ and cte.henricoschools.us/page/apply.

Application timeline:

• Sept. 30, 2024 - Online application window opens

• Oct. 23, 2024 - Visitation Forms due to your home school counselor

• Nov. 12, 2024 - Open House at the ACE Center at Hermitage, 6-8 p.m.

• Nov. 15, 2024 - Online application window closes

• Jan. 9, 2025 - Students notified by 4 p.m. of acceptance into programs

• Jan. 24, 2025 - Deadline for students to notify their home school counselor if declining their acceptance
