We’re excited to invite you to participate in our upcoming Mock Interviews at the ACE Center at Hermitage, hosted by HCPS Career & Technical Education and Workforce & Career Development.
Your experience and insight can make a lasting impact on our students as they prepare for future careers. By volunteering as an interviewer, you’ll help students gain confidence, polish their communication skills, and receive valuable feedback in a professional setting.

What You’ll Do as a Volunteer Interviewer:
Conduct mock interviews with students
Review resumes and provide constructive feedback
Score students on appearance, communication, body language, and overall performance
We’re hoping to recruit over 40 volunteers to make this event a success and ensure every student gets a meaningful interview experience. Your participation would be greatly appreciated!
