Nurse Aide Class

At the ACE Center at Hermitage, students in the Nurse Aide program are gaining the skills and confidence needed to step into the healthcare field—and they’re doing it through a powerful blend of academic study, hands-on training, and clinical experience.

Throughout the one-year program, students work in an industry-standard lab where they practice essential CNA skills such as patient care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring. These lab sessions are paired with rigorous classroom instruction and real-world clinical learning, all designed to prepare students for the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) licensure exam, which they take right here at ACE.

Recently, students were captured in action—engaged in skill practice and deep in study with their cohort. These moments reflect the dedication and drive that define the Nurse Aide program and the future healthcare professionals it’s helping to shape.

Whether students plan to enter the workforce immediately or continue their education in nursing or allied health, the Nurse Aide program provides a strong foundation for success.
