Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! As we kick off a brand-new year of hands-on learning and career preparation at the Advanced Career Education Center at Hermitage, our leadership team is eager to partner with our students, staff, families, and community.

Lindsay Ingram | Principal

We are thrilled to highlight Lindsay Ingram as our Principal at the ACE Center at Hermitage for the 2026–2027 school year!

Mrs. Ingram is a familiar face to our school community, having previously served as Associate Principal right here at the ACE Center at Hermitage. She brings over two decades of dedicated experience in education, having served Henrico County Public Schools across various leadership and instructional roles—including as a middle school teacher, testing coordinator, and school administrator. She earned her bachelor's degree from Radford University and her Master of Education from the University of Virginia.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Ingram has focused on fostering positive school cultures, supporting instructional growth, and building collaborative relationships with students, staff, and families. She is excited to continue leading our ACE Center community into another fantastic, engaging, and successful school year.

Whitney Beaton | Associate Principal

We are excited to highlight Whitney Beaton, who serves as the Associate Principal at the ACE Center at Hermitage!

Ms. Beaton has been a dedicated educator in Henrico County Public Schools for over a decade. Her journey in HCPS includes ten years as a high school mathematics teacher, followed by service as an administrative aide and assistant principal. She holds a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech, as well as an endorsement in Educational Leadership and Administration from Longwood University.

With her strong background in instructional leadership, curriculum development, and school support, Ms. Beaton is passionate about student achievement and partnering with our families to build a strong school community.

Dr. Eric Armbruster | Assistant Principal

As Assistant Principal, Eric Armbruster works closely with students and staff to promote a positive school culture, support student achievement, and strengthen connections throughout the ACE community. He is dedicated to helping students make the most of the many opportunities available through Advanced Career Education programs and preparing them for success beyond high school.

Prior to joining the ACE Center at Hermitage leadership team, Eric Armbruster served as principal of Carver Elementary School, Maybeury Elementary School, and The Academy at Virginia Randolph. With 21 years of experience as a principal in Henrico County Public Schools, he brings extensive educational leadership experience, a deep commitment to student success, and a strong understanding of supporting diverse learning communities. His experience helps strengthen the ACE Center's mission of preparing students for college, careers, certifications, military service, and the workforce.
