The ACE Center at Hermitage’s first-year Veterinary Science students recently attended the Meadow Event Park Dog Show for an exciting hands-on learning experience.
After studying dog breeds in class, students had the opportunity to see their favorites up close, learn more about breed characteristics, and interact with many dogs. This event provided valuable exposure to the world of animal care and reinforced classroom learning in a fun and engaging way.
Students described the trip as “a favorite experience,” highlighting the importance of real-world opportunities in preparing for careers in veterinary science.
